Food contact safe Polyethylene. Ideal for the food industry as it is physically inert and approved for food contact, widely used food preparation surfaces and components for food processing.
These Non-stick boards are manufactured using virgin materials (not from recycled plastic) and then cut to size for us in the UK. The manufacturing process generates surface marking, which is not polished out. These marking do not impede the performance of the boards and these surface making will not show up in the sugarpaste and the surface making also helps the sugarpaste from "running-around".
