These Non-stick boards are manufactured using virgin materials (not from recycled plastic) and then cut to size for us in the UK. The manufacturing process generates surface marking, which is not polished out. These marking do not impede the performance of the boards and these surface making will not show up in the sugarpaste and the surface making also helps the sugarpaste from "running-around".
